NightTribe RP [M]

This is the thread for NightTribe RPing.

Reedstone walked over to Fallstar. "Fallstar, who are we going to take to the gathering with us? We are a little low on apprentices, so I think we should only bring one apprentice. Nightpaw will come to the gathering with us. And Blackwind of course, since he's our medicine cat. I guess we can bring Rockstream, and Petalfur too. Do you think that would work for the gathering?" Reedstone askes.

Petalfur took a piece of fresh prey. She ate it slowly, to savor the flavor, then wen back to her den.

RavenFlight yawned, padding over to the freshkill pile and taking a mouuse. She sat down and ate it, then buried the bones. She looked around camp, wondering who was going to the gathering.

Mapletail, from SunTribe came running towards the camp. "Fallstar!" she panted,"There is a pack of wolves near the gathering place!" she warned.

"Wolves? In the forest?" Petalfur asked in alarm.

"Yes! So far, we've seen two. But no wolves travel in packs of two! Oh, I'm so worried!" Mapletail mewed

"Yes, that's fine." Fallstar replied, distracted. He smelled a faint taint of wolf on the breeze, and head distant howls. Mapletail burst in.
"Wolves!?" He repeated. Fallstar's pelt bristled.
"We'll have to watch for them on the mainland." He said in worry.( NightTribe camp is in the middle of a lake, maybe she just swam there. owo)

"We should go help them!" Petalfur mewed, standing up.

Fallstar gazed out at the mountains, then to the forest and moors of SunTribe.
"I think we should go help SunTribe first, since StormTribe has capable warriors that can fight. But then again, it sounds like there are more wolves at StormTribe." He said, confused. Who should we help? SunTribe or StormTribe? he asked himself, shaking his head slowly. "Petalfur, who should we help first? And Blackwind, what are your thoughts on this?" he asks them.

Why is he leaving this up to me? Petalfur thought.

"StormTribe." Petalfur said after thinking for a while. "I..I don't really have a reason. It just seems right."

"I agree." Blackwind nodded in approval. "StormTribe has less warriors."

"Then we'll send a larger warrior patrol to help StormTribe, and still send one to SunTribe." Fallstar decided. "Reedstone, Petalfur, Moonstripe, Ravenflight and I shall go to StormTribe. Swiftfoot, Rockstream, and Blackwind can go to SunTribe. I assume you have at least some fighting training, right Blackwind?" Fallstar ordered, his pelt level. He would not let the others know that he was afraid, or unsure.

"Yes, and I am a quick learner so I will try to watch the warriors." Blackwind replied.


(Strange that you grouped Blackwind with Swiftfoot! {who, coincidentally has a crush on him! :O})

"Okay. Then we'll go at once." Fallstar said, his tail twitching a bit. Swiftfoot nodded and they plunged into the water, swimming with swift and storng strokes of the legs and feet.

(I, did, not, even realize that xD lol)

Blackwind looked out to the mainland, then stepped into the water and began swimming, Petalfur followed.

Fallstar began swimming with the others toward the mountains. They soon arrived on land and started to hare to the mountains, Fallstar lagging a bit behind due to his ankle.

Blackwind walked out of the water onto the shore, a bit tired, so he slowed down to Fallstar's pace.

(Blackwind is on the other patrol xD)
Swiftfoot slowed down, slightly panting. Her tail brushed against Blackwind but she didn't care.

(Oh. xD)
Blackwind looked over at Swiftfoot. He brushed his tail against her lightly.

Swiftfoot looked at Blackwind swiftly and ran ahead, slightly embarrased. She slowed down a bit, and ran next to Blackwind.
Does he like me? What if he doesn't?Her mind babbled. Theycrossed the border and Swiftfoot nearly crashed into a tree. She lept to the side, nearly crashing into Blackwind.

Blackwind nearly fell over.
He stared at Swiftfoot and smiled.
"Are you ok?" he asked.

"Oh sorry And yes I'm fine." She mewed, staring slightly at Blackwind. She shook her head and kept running. Soon they heard wolves, and smelled them a bit.
"Should we climb a tree and tree travel?" She asked Blackwind.

"Its ok. An that is a great idea." Blackwind mewed.

She jumped up and clawed her way to a branch, bunched her muscles, and sprang at another branch. The smell of wolf soon was stronger than anything, and she saw Suntribe cats in the trees.

Blackwind copyed Swiftfoot.
He saw the SunTribe cats up ahead, along with a wolf.
He felt weird, but it wasn't nervousness.
He felt scared, but not because of the wolves.
He also felt something he didn't know how to describe.
Was it.. dare he think it, love?
That couldn't be it. It just couldn't.
